I have purchased a custom build trailer from Kangaroo Trailers last year. I'm very happy with it. The quality of built is great and a custom yellow paint looks great. A laid from the office Christina was very helpfull. Thank you!

We bought a custom trailer for a tiny house, and it was built exactly to specification. The customer service was incredible. We wavered back and forth about the dimensions of the trailer and despite our uncertainty, the staff was always super friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. The trailer itself is very high quality. We are very glad that we found Kangaroo Trailers to build the foundation for our home!

I love my Kangaroo trailer. It is a strong, durable, well built, and good looking trailer. It pulls awesome and can take a heavy load. At this price point, you can't beat a Kangaroo.

April – October 2017 – Short Review – I’m Exceptionally Satisfied! Long Review - My experience at Kangaroo Trailers started after a crash that wrote my truck and trailer off in January. I spent 3 months shopping around for a 4x8 dump trailer. I was told that manufacturers are no longer making a 4x8 dump as everyone was buying 5x8. That meant I could buy any one of the 3 models left in stock. The first one was a 2 hour drive south, second 3 hours northwest and the third an hour north. Pricing was moderate as expected and each had similar ‘features’. After many phone calls, trips to see these trailers and searching on Kijiji for something 4x8 and used aka ‘a good deal’… I wasn’t satisfied. I was quoted prices ranging from $3500 off the lot - $8000 for a custom 4x8 dumper. I called every retail outlet and manufacturer back and asked more in depth questions as an informed shopper that knew what was available, what it cost, and what I wanted in the end. Kangaroo Trailers was the clear choice. They provide quality products, reasonable price, excellent customer service and custom additions without the ‘custom expense’. Was my trailer ready on time? No. Why not? Because when they called and politely asked if I could wait because they just got a rush job -> I said yes I can wait. Weeks turned into months and I was not worried. I had already paid my down payment and added some small changes while I waited. They maintained communication with me and did not ‘put me off’ to do another job. Instead they catered to my wants and needs. The end result was a trailer I was very happy with! Then I started using my brand new custom 4x8 dump trailer. The hydraulics worked flawlessly and after my first load, the trailer frame started to bend. My second load was more than double the weight the trailer was designed to handle. The frame bent an entire inch. I called Kangaroo Trailers back… ‘I think I overloaded it and now the frame is definitely bent what can we do?’ – ‘Bring it back so we can have a look at how bad it is’. 2 days old and my brand new trailer was bent. I didn’t have time to bring it back for repairs so I continued using it for 25 more loads – this time within the designed load range! Then I took it back and we discussed in detail how and why the trailer failed. It was entirely my fault. Even the fellow loading the stone asked me before he ‘overloaded it’ and I said ‘let’s see what it can take’. The result was building a new much heavier frame and paying for the new frame. Yes, this was not an error that Kangaroo Trailers had made. This time I requested a short build date which they completed right on time! 4 loads in and one repeat load – we put the same ‘bucket of stone’ that bent the first frame into my new rebuilt trailer - and it performed flawlessly. As a result I have a new utility trailer being built now to replace the oldest member of my trailer fleet, review to follow…

I am a landscape contractor and I have just purchased my second 7 ton dump trailer from Dave at Kangaroo Trailers. I had a great experience with my first trailer, but as my business grew my needs changed and I needed a different setup. Dave and I sat down and we designed a trailer perfect for my needs and he gave me a competitive price. Although their shop was busy they started manufacturing the trailer right away and invited me to view the process as the job was being completed. The trailer was done within a week and it is immaculate. The build quality and small details they put into this trailer far surpassed my expectations. Dave and his team from day one were extremely friendly and professional, and I can say first hand that they stand by their work. I managed to damage the tongue jack the first day I used it and Dave told me to bring it by and his guys made the repairs in a day and had it back to brand new. Dave stands behind his work and I will be purchasing all my trailers from them in the future. If you are thinking about having a trailer built I would highly recommend talking to Dave and having his guys build you something to suit your needs, rather than picking something off of a lot. His prices are very competitive and the quality far surpasses equipment from other manufacturers, I am speaking form experience as I owned trailers from their major competition in the past, and I find Kangaroos to just be of better quality. Thanks Guys! -Jaren
